Questions for my pharmacist

Your pharmacist can help explain how to use medicines, check interactions, and answer questions about storage or side effects. Bring a complete list, including nonprescription products, vitamins, and supplements. A general medicine description does not replace the instructions for your prescription or a discussion of your own health.

Your next steps after the visit

  1. Review what each medicine is for and exactly how to take it.

  2. Ask what to do after a missed dose or possible side effect.

  3. Plan refills and raise cost concerns before you run out.

Questions for your care team

  • Does this interact with anything I take?
  • How should I store it?
  • Who do I contact with a problem?
